Sree Sai Old Age Home and Home Care offers a range of personalized services designed to meet the unique needs of the elderly and individuals requiring professional assistance at home. Our services include long-term and short-term residential care, 24/7 nursing support, physiotherapy, personal hygiene care, meal preparation, companionship, and medical supervision. All care is delivered with compassion, dignity, and professionalism by our trained caregivers and healthcare staff.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for senior citizens, bedridden individuals, post-surgery patients, or those requiring continuous personal care. Before availing of any service, a detailed medical and personal assessment may be conducted to ensure we can provide the appropriate level of care. Admission and service approval are subject to our team’s evaluation and facility availability.
Payment and Fees
All services provided must be paid for in accordance with the agreed pricing structure. Payment is required in advance on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the care plan. Charges may vary based on the type of service, duration, medical needs, and level of support required. Non-payment or delay in payments may result in suspension or termination of services until dues are cleared. Receipts will be provided for all payments made.
Admission and Discharge Policy
Admission to our old age home is subject to medical clearance and availability of rooms. A detailed admission form must be completed, along with required documents such as ID proof and medical history. Discharge can be initiated by the family or by the management due to medical, behavioral, or other necessary reasons. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before discharge, except in emergencies.
Responsibilities of the User/Family
The family or legal guardian must provide complete and accurate medical history and emergency contact details. Personal belongings must be clearly labeled and are the responsibility of the resident/family. Families are requested to inform the staff of any changes in medication, behavior, or visitation schedule. Cooperation with the staff and adherence to home rules ensures a safe and peaceful environment for all residents.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, our staff will provide immediate assistance and notify the family or emergency contact as soon as possible. If necessary, the resident will be transferred to the nearest hospital. All costs related to hospitalization, transport, and external medical services will be borne by the family. While we strive to offer prompt care, we are not liable for outcomes beyond our control.
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all residents and clients. Personal and medical information collected is used strictly for caregiving purposes and administrative records. We do not share information with third parties unless legally required or with explicit consent from the family. Our staff is trained to maintain discretion and handle all data with utmost care.
Limitation of Liability
Sree Sai Old Age Home and Home Care shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. While we take utmost care in maintaining safety and hygiene, we are not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings or for health conditions resulting from factors beyond our control. Families are advised to insure valuable items and provide up-to-date medical information to ensure appropriate care.
